Father’s day – the most important question.

Soon Father’s Day – maybe you have mixed feelings about this day, maybe it is a new wound for you from year to year? Or maybe you are waiting for this day to have another opportunity to tell your father „I love you” or to call him Dad for a long time?

My belonging to God began with emptiness.

I was brought up without a father all my life and for a second of my whole life I didn’t feel this lack. Up to a point.

That day amazed me. Suddenly, I don’t know why, I don’t know where I got from the overwhelming awareness that I don’t have a father and I will never have him again. This feeling seemed so unreal to me that I tried to ignore it with all my might. But I could not. I woke up and fell asleep with a gap in my heart that should have been filled by a father.

And one day I spoke to God for the first time in a long time. I told him something like this:

– Supposingly  you are a God who can do anything. Supposingly  you love me, but you can’t do one – you can’t give me a father and supplement what is not there. You can’t do that.

And God was just waiting for it.

Now imagine that you dream about one balloon. And suddenly the sky begins to fall … one by one – there are tens, hundreds, thousands, millions, billions …
Soon I was overwhelmed with such inhuman love, its magnitude that literally knocked me down. It filled every corner of my heart to the brim, pouring out like a disguised riverbed of a rushing river. I felt…. perfectly full. Completed, loved, accepted, chosen; that day, God’s heart focused on me and my lack. And this was just the beginning of our daughter-father relationship!

What God does always has a rising tendency!

I know there are thousands of you

fatherless orphans. Children with an invisible, but deep emptiness in their hearts, sons and daughters robbed of the most important earthly authority. Injured adults, telling themselves that they have long forgiven the lack, which, however, drags behind them like a shadow. There is an answer for you:

The world has become a society of orphans. Salvation, filling with the Holy Spirit and getting to know Jesus will not change that. Only the Father can end orphaning.

Jesus came to be the door, the way – to the Father. He knew His love, full support, called God „Abba” (Daddy). He did not want to be the only one who has such a relationship with God! And paved the way for us what we lost in Eden; because we do not need to set out on a journey to the heart of the Father – we are to return there! We set off from there, our destiny was there, our home – this is our heritage, our lost and the most important relationship.

So do not be surprised that if the earthly relationship between father and child is limping, nothing in life goes well.

James seems you think that Father’s love is the solution to all human problems.

Do I think so?!  I believe it with all my heart!

Some time ago I asked God something; it was a matter of the poor condition of this world and its individual societies. I asked God what exactly the problem was. That night I had a dream:

I found myself in the middle of a village divided into primitive houses. I approached one of them, and there was laughter. I saw women with children sitting amused around a large fire and talking. However, there was not a single man. I asked where their husbands were. They laughed and said that the father’s role in the family is already passe and it has long been proven that he does not need the child for anything. As I moved away from this house, I noticed a large inscription on the roof saying NO FATHER.

But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,  to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship. (Galatians 4:4-5, Bible, NIV)

This dream was very extensive, touched another problem but also showed an alternative – but today I will focus on this scrap – the most important, missing element.

There was someone who not only stripped us of the presence of the Father, but also convinced us that we did not need it to be happy. He gave up being a son and wants to pull each of you into his emptiness. Each of YOU – because I regained my identity as a daughter of God. I want this for everyone with a breach in their hearts, for everyone in the house with the inscription No Father.

There is the Father who will fill your emptiness. He will use his entire self for this purpose.

And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters,
says the Lord Almighty.” (2 Corinthians 6:18)

For this purpose, I recommend you a book written by James Jordan –  Sonship: A Journey Into Father’s Heart.
Recover what your enemy has taken from you. And then, be the son, the daughter who the world awaits!

For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.
(Romans 8:19)
